On January 8, 2021, Ocali Charter Middle School, Inc. changed our name to Clear Choice Academies, Inc. The information contained below may reflect either or both names. Prior to this date, all documents may be accessed HERE.
Board Meetings
Regularly scheduled Board meetings are held once per quarter. Occasionally, the Board may hold an "emergency" or "special meeting," to discuss and/or vote on a pressing item that may not be able to wait for the next regularly scheduled meeting. All meetings are publicly noticed via our calendar (located on the main page of this website, as well as posted at the entrances to our schools, in advance of the meeting. All meetings are open to the public, and may be conducted at a physical location or via online video conference with a public link for accessibility and participation. Minutes of the meeting will be taken by the Secretary of the Board and submitted for review and approval at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. Once approved, those meeting minutes are uploaded to our website (below) for view.

For your convenience and easy accessibility, public records are posted on this page, and are kept current per Florida State Statutes' Sunshine Laws.
All requests for printed public records should be submitted in writing to our Custodian.
Requests may take 7-14 business days (excluding holidays) to complete. Unless otherwise required by law, the custodian of public records may charge a fee for remote electronic access, granted under a contractual arrangement with a user, which fee may include the direct and indirect costs of providing such access. Fees for remote electronic access provided to the general public shall be in accordance with the provisions of this section. Fees for printing are $3 per page to cover printing and administrative costs, plus the cost of mailing via USPS standard, first-class postage.
